Banderas Bay, Mexico

Banderas Bay is a well known sailing and tourist destination. It's home to La Cruz, a popular place for sailing families with kids, as well as Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta and Yelapa. We arrived just as the La Cruz kids club was winding down for the season, but there were a few fun activities to join in on just in time for Easter. Another bonus was that Chris' mom came and joined us! She stayed with us on the anchorage for couple nights, then headed over to her friend Shelly's place in Nuevo Vallarta. We followed her over there in the boat and were able to get a slip for a bit a short walk from Shelly's. Our time in the bay was excellent, between the kids activities, catching up with friends, meeting new friends and having family around our tanks were filled with gratitude for this life we are leading. We even got to go to church on Easter which made my tank overflow with joy.
Love the colors in La Cruz.
